END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") applies to the Statistical Test Selection Application ("Application") developed by Enes Abdurrahman Bilgin (CodeWarrior) and provided by Nadidem Sis. ("Developer"). By downloading or using the Application, you agree to the terms of this Agreement. 1. Grant of License The Developer grants the user a revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use a copy of this Application solely for personal or research purposes. This license does not permit the resale or redistribution of the Application. 2. Functionality of the Application The Application has been developed to assist researchers in selecting the appropriate statistical tests. Key features include: Teaching when and how to use more than 20 statistical tests, Providing step-by-step guidance for using these tests in SPSS, Supporting APA-style interpretation of test results in multiple languages, Recommending the appropriate test based on the research problem provided. 3. Data Privacy and Security The Application uses the EasySave plugin to store saved data exclusively on the user’s device. The Developer does not collect or process any user data. However, the Application uses Google AdMob advertisements, and for the data processing policies of this third-party advertising service, users are advised to refer to Google’s privacy policy. 4. Limitation of Liability The Application is intended for informational purposes only. The recommendations and calculations provided are general information and are not guaranteed for accuracy or precision. Users are responsible for the decisions made based on the information provided by the Application. The Developer is not liable for any damages incurred as a result of using the Application. 5. Advertisements The Application uses Google AdMob advertisements, which may include third-party content or links outside of the services provided by the Application. The Developer does not accept any responsibility for this content or links. 6. Modification and Termination of the Agreement The Developer reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time.
